This is not only good for you, but also for the environment, because a large part of our CO₂ balance is created by the arrival and departure of our guests. Those who stay longer, travel less, and therefore leave a smaller footprint. That's why we reward longer stays: From 14 nights, there is a 10% discount on the accommodation price!

• Heat and electricity from three gas turbine plants, electricity from an owned photovoltaic plant (if necessary, additional green energy from South Tyrol)
• Reduction of electricity, heat and cooling consumption through continuous and intelligent monitoring of all building systems
• Water reducers in the building, irrigation of green areas with rainwater (intelligent control), balcony flowers with drip irrigation, use of biological pesticides and fertilizers

• We obtain from our regional partners: blueberries, apples, plums, persimmons, grapes, cherries, apple vinegar, honey, fruit jams, chocolate cream, dairy products, coffee, whole animals from Schenner farmers and hunters, breakfast eggs from Innerluferhof, bread from Mein Beck
• 80% of wines from South Tyrolean producers
