Everything for a successful stay at Bachmair
Don't panic, we have summarized our terms and conditions clearly and understandably for you. Here you will find information about Check-In, cancellation, children's prices and more at our self catering in Italy with swimming pool. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us - we want to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible.
The prices are per apartment and day, including final cleaning plus local tax of 3.30€ per guest and day (children under 14 years excepted). For stays of 14 days or longer, we offer a special daily rate. Your reservation is binding upon receipt of a deposit of 20% of the booking value.
We accept cash, debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard).
Your apartment will be ready from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-in takes place at the Hohenwart Hotel, from where we will escort you to the apartments. If you arrive earlier, we will provide you with a wellness bag so you can use the wellness area at the Hohenwart in the meantime. On the day of departure, your apartment will be available until 10 a.m., the check-out also takes place at the Hohenwart Hotel.
The cancellation of a booked stay is free of charge up to 31 days before arrival. For cancellations from 30 days before departure or early departure, you will be charged 70% of the booking value.
To avoid any costs in such cases, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with the European Travel Insurance AG.
Families are warmly welcome at the Bachmair Apartments. Upon request, we would be happy to provide a crib and child-friendly facilities. The larger apartments have their own children's rooms, alternatively pull-out sofas offer additional sleeping options for smaller children or larger families. Nearby, the Hohenwart Hotel offers numerous play and leisure opportunities for families, and also provides childcare during the summer months.
The Bachmair Apartments can be reached comfortably all year round by public transport or car. We are happy to pick you up from the Merano train station (free of charge) or the Bolzano airport (for a fee).
Arrival is via the Hohenwart Hotel (Verdinserstraße 5). At the Bachmair Apartments, there is a fixed parking space available per apartment (3 garage spaces and 3 outdoor spaces). Additional vehicles can be parked at the Hohenwart Hotel. There, there is also the possibility to charge electric cars for a fee.
A minimum stay of 7 nights applies in the Bachmair apartments. From 14 nights we grant you a discount of 10% on the overnight price. Short term or smaller booking gaps occasionally allow for shorter stays - just ask us. The Bachmair apartments are open from the end of March to the beginning of November.
Your dog is warmly welcome upon request. However, please note that dogs are not allowed access to the lawn, the wellness area, the restaurant, or the terrace at Hohenwart. For the additional cleaning effort, we charge 28 € per day.
