Located right on the Wine Hiking Trail, the Bachmair Apartments are the ideal holiday apartment for hiking and for enjoyable activities in nature. Cozy walks through Schenna, on the irrigation paths around the basin or along the promenades in Merano, panoramic alpine hikes or spectacular summit tours start right at the front door. The same applies to all those who prefer to travel by mountain bike or road bike. The nearest bus stop in the center of Schenna can be reached in about five minutes on foot.
In addition, you can participate in the varied exercise program of the Hohenwart Hotel and get helpful tips for your active holiday in Italy at the reception.
Walking in Italy on holiday
Participate in two guided hikes per week. You can borrow backpacks and poles from us at any time, and our hiking shuttle will take you to the start twice a week.
Biking
Every week, you can participate in a guided e-bike tour with a guide. You can borrow mountain bikes including a helmet for free from us, and e-mountain bikes are available for a fee.
Yoga & Fitness
In the morning, we invite you to Aquafit in the indoor pool, while in the afternoon yoga, Pilates or fascia training are offered. The fitness room in the Hotel Hohenwart is open around the clock.
